HB 660 - This act specifies that the Department of Revenue shall not require a list of applicants who plan to purchase the Boy Scouts of America special license plate prior to the plate being made available. This act is identical to provisions in HCS/SB 38 (2021), provisions in HCS/SS/SB 46 (2021), and provisions in HCS/SS/SB 89 (2021).
