HB 139 - This act extends the liability waiver of lodging establishments to articles lost from safe deposit boxes. The act also specifies that any lodging establishment that publishes current rates charged for each guest room electronically on a public Internet platform does not have to post a written copy of such rates. This act is similar to HB 1421 (2020) and HCS/HB 844 (2019).
