SJR 28 - This proposed constitutional amendment, if approved by the qualified voters of this state, provides that the compensation for public officials as established by the Missouri Citizens' Commission on Compensation for Elected Officials shall not authorize an increase in compensation beyond the two years in which the schedule proposed by the Commission is effective.
