SB 560 - This act provides that any person, firm, or corporation licensed to sell intoxicating liquor containing alcohol in excess of 5% by the weight at retail may designate one or more places as a central warehouse in this state to which intoxicating liquors may be delivered by a licensed wholesaler and stored. Such person, firm, or corporation may transport or transfer all or any part of the intoxicating liquors stored in its central warehouse to any premises licensed to sell intoxicating liquors at retail owned by such person, firm, or corporation; however, beer and other intoxicating malt liquor may not be transferred from the central warehouse to other retail licensed premises.

This act is identical to SCS/SB 344 (2019).
