SB 479 - This act requires the Missouri Board of Pharmacy to insure that requirements for inspections or other documentation for purposes of licensing for wholesale drug distributors, pharmacy distributors, drug outsourcers, or third-party logistics providers are practical either by Board of Pharmacy personnel conducting the necessary inspection or allowing for documentation of an inspection which certifies the applicant met the necessary inspection requirements. Additionally, the Board shall allow certification if an inspection was conducted within the previous 36 months or personnel of the Board are available to inspect the applicant in a shorter time frame. In the event the Board has to conduct a site visit to inspect the applicant's facility, such reasonable chargers shall be reimbursed to the Board by the applicant.MATT KIMMINAU
