SCS/SB 391 - This act repeals the contingent effective date on the "Right to Life of the Unborn Child Act", which makes the performance or induction of an abortion, except in cases of medical emergency, a Class B felony, as well as subjects the person who knowingly performed or induced the abortion to suspension or revocation of his or her professional license.SARAH HASKINS
