JEFFERSON CITY — State Sen. Mike Cunningham, R-Rogersville, discusses Senate Bill 528, legislation that seeks to require the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education to transfer any excess foundation formula funding to the School Transportation Fund, and Senate Joint Resolution 38, which would let voters decide regulating the Legislature to limit the influence of partisan or other special interests.
