SB 798 - This act repeals the prohibition on the State Lottery Commission conducting a lottery game based on the outcome of sporting events. (Section 313.230) This act also repeals the prohibition on gambling on sporting events on an excursion gambling boat. (Section 313.800)
This act is identical to provisions contained in SB 567 (2020), SB 643 (2020), and HCS/HB 2088 (2020), and is substantially similar to SB 195 (2019).
