SB 964 - This act raises, from 8 inches to 12 inches, the maximum distance from the ground to which the bottom edge of dump trucks' mud flaps are required to extend. This act is identical to provisions in the truly agreed to and finally passed SS#3/SCS/HB 1963 (2020), HB 1916 (2020), SCS/SB 394 (2019), and HB 1002 (2019). ERIC VANDER WEERD
