SB 669 - This act increases, from 10 years to 15 years, the maximum duration of credit transaction that is subject to regulation under the statutes governing credit insurance. This act is identical to HB 1543 (2020), provisions in the truly agreed to and finally passed HCS/SCS/SB 599 (2020), provisions in HB 1736 (2020), provisions in HCS/HB 2092 (2020), provisions in HCS/HB 2461 (2020), provisions in SB 246 (2019) and HB 815 (2019).
