SB 1037 - This act prohibits certain persons listed in the act from selling, leasing, offering for sale, or offering for lease any crib bumper pad as an accessory to a crib or as a separate item. Any violation of the provisions of the act shall result in a penalty between $100 and $500 for each offense. The act shall become effective on January 1, 2021. This act is similar to HCS/HB 1271 (2020). JAMIE ANDREWS
