SB 774 - This act replaces certain references to officers of the Missouri State Water Patrol with references to "authorized or designated employees" of the Missouri State Highway Patrol. The act makes this change in a statute regarding the certification of a boat manufacturer's or boat dealer's bona fide place of business (section 301.560), and in a statute regarding the inspection of certain documents and records (section 301.564).
