SB 1066 - This act requires that for purposes of determining whether a person is an employee or an independent contractor for purposes of workers' compensation laws, unemployment compensation laws, and classifying workers for purposes of public works projects, the divisions, commissions, and boards within the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations shall be guided by the Internal Revenue Service.
