SB 1035 - This act states that electric energy may be provided and obtained on a wholesale basis at any electric generating facility over a transformation interconnect or a transmission interconnect, as such terms are defined in the act, under the applicable federal tariffs of a regional transmission organization instead of under retail service tariffs filed with the Public Service Commission by an electric utility. This act is substantially similar to HB 2540 (2020) and similar to HB 1138 (2019). JAMIE ANDREWS
