SB 849 - Beginning with the open enrollment period for the 2021 plan year, this act requires the Missouri Consolidated Health Care Plan (MCHCP) to offer only high deductible health plans, and further specifies that the state or participating public entity shall contribute to the enrollee's health savings account an amount not less than the plan's deductible.
