SB 781 - Under current law, all law enforcement agencies, municipal and county, located in Boone, Buchanan, Platte, and Butler counties are eligible to receive funding from the Missouri Law Enforcement Assistance Program. This act repeals that provision and, in its place, allows any county and the city of St. Louis to be eligible to receive funding under the program. MARY GRACE BRUNTRAGER
