SB 751 - Current law permits the State Board of Education to adopt rules and regulations governing the use of authorized common carriers for the transportation of students on field trips or other special trips for educational purposes. Under this act, no rule or regulation shall require authorized common carriers to provide restroom facilities unless the length of the trip exceeds the length of the school district's longest bus route.
