HB 1716 - This act creates a number of state designations.

July 2nd of each year shall be known and designated as "Mormon War Remembrance Day".

August 19th of each year shall be designated as "Honor Guard Appreciation Day" in Missouri.

June 6th is designated as "Ghost Army Recognition Day" in Missouri.

May 1st of each year is designated as "Walthall Moore Day" in Missouri.

The St. Louis BattleHawks is selected for and shall be known as the official XFL football team of Missouri.

Finally, February 13th shall be designated as "Negro League Baseball Recognition Day".
