HB 1468 Modifies provisions relating to certain activities extended to persons found guilty of felony offenses

HB 1468 - This act repeals the provision that an employer licensed to sell intoxicating liquor must report the identity of any employee convicted of a felony to the Division of Liquor Control.

This act also provides that the Supervisor of Liquor Control shall not prohibit a person from participating in the sale of intoxicating liquor within the scope of his or her employment solely based on being found guilty of any felony offense, with the exception of the auctioning of vintage wine or the selling of vintage wine.

Finally, the Missouri Lottery Commission shall not prohibit a person from participating in the sale of lottery tickets solely on the basis of the person being found guilty of any criminal offense, except that the person shall not be eligible to be a licensed lottery game retailer.
