HB 1694 - This act requires the Department of Natural Resources to create and make available on the Department's website an interactive map of hazardous waste sites in Missouri. The maps shall link to additional information as set forth in the act. Before January 1, 2021, each hazardous waste site shall post an informational sign at each entrance to such site. The Department shall develop language for the informational sign as specified in the act.
This act is identical to a provision contained in HCS/SS#2/SCS/SB 523 (2020) and in HCS/SB 774 (2020) and is similar to HCS/HB 914 (2019).
