• Macon County
• City of St. Louis
• Wyandotte County, Kansas
• Pike County
• Iron County
• Randolph County
The act contains an emergency clause for certain conveyances of property located in St. Francois County.
This act contains provisions identical to HB 1299 (2020), HB 1876 (2020) SCS/HB 1330 (2020), SB 621 (2020), SB 851 (2020), and SB 1023 (2020).
