HCS/HB 1434 - This act allows the name and employer of dependent children under twenty-one years of age of each person required to file a financial interest form under current law to be redacted and not made publicly available, upon the written request of such person. This act is identical to a provision in the truly agreed to CCS/SCS/SB 631 (2020), HCS/SB 552 (2020), and HCS/SB 587 (2020). SCOTT SVAGERA
