HB 1631 - This act establishes the Joint Committee on the Missouri Constitutional Convention. The Joint Committee shall consider whether convening a constitutional convention is in the best interest of the state. The Joint Committee shall be composed of four members of the Senate and four members of the House of Representatives, and shall report its findings and recommendations on or before December 31, 2021. The Joint Committee shall dissolve following the submission of its report.JIM ERTLE
