SB 1033 - This act requires the Department of Revenue to submit an annual report to the General Assembly and the chairpersons of the Senate Appropriations and House Budget committees containing information on the number of political subdivisions on behalf of which the Department is collecting transient guest taxes. (Section 32.500) This act also provides a sectional reference in a provision of law relating to transient guest taxes. (Section 67.1362)
