SB 1032 - Under this act, after January 1, 2021, no person shall perform radiation therapy procedures on humans for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes, except for certain licensed professionals set forth in the act.

This act is identical to HB 2431 (2020) and HCS/SS/SB 580 (2020).
