SB 1031 - Under current law, a person may be granted more than one expungement provided that during his or her lifetime, the total number of offenses, violations, or infractions for which orders of expungement are granted shall not exceed more than two misdemeanor offenses or ordinance violations that have an authorized term of imprisonment and not more than one felony offense. Additionally, a person may be granted expungement for any number of infractions. This act repeals these provisions.
