SCR 43 - This concurrent resolution creates procedures for the appointment of commissioners to a convention called under Article V of the U.S. Constitution. The resolution calls for such commissioners to be appointed by the General Assembly and creates a Joint Legislative Committee to submit names to the General Assembly to be considered for appointment. The Joint Legislative Committee shall also submit instructions governing the duties of the commissioners at the convention to the General Assembly for its approval.

This concurrent resolution is identical to SCR 15 (2019).
