JEFFERSON CITY — Missouri senators are halfway through their annual mid-session recess. When they return Monday, several measures that have already been through committee await the next step, including:
- Senate Bill 149, which would place a 7.275 percent cap on the combined rate of local sales taxes; and
- Senate Bill 225, legislation that would modify nuisance actions in certain cities.
