Senator Jeanie Riddle Applauds Appointment of New Lieutenant Governor
JEFFERSON CITY — State Sen. Jeanie Riddle, R-Callaway County, issued the following statement regarding the appointment of Sen. Mike Kehoe, R-Jefferson City, as Missouri’s next lieutenant governor.
“I commend the governor for his appointment of Sen. Mike Kehoe as Missouri’s next lieutenant governor. I have known Mike for almost a decade, during that time he has displayed a passion and a commitment to improving our state for all Missourians. Mike is a proven leader, an accomplished businessman, but more importantly, I consider him a good friend. I believe his experience in public office and his leadership abilities have uniquely prepared Lt. Gov. Kehoe to serve as our state’s next lieutenant governor.”
