Bringing Carjackers to Justice
I had the opportunity this week to present my Senate Bill 433 in the Missouri Senate’s Judiciary and Civil and Criminal Jurisprudence Committee which creates the offense of vehicle hijacking. It would allow for more uniformity in sentencing and better tracking of this crime, which has been increasing at an epidemic rate in our state.
I would also like to thank Attorney General Eric Schmitt and State Rep. David Gregory for their continued help and support of this legislation.
