Audio: Sen. May Discusses HB 192, SB 210 and SCR 14

JEFFERSON CITY — State Sen. Karla May, D-St. Louis, discusses House Bill 192, a measure that seeks to modify provisions relating to the payment of fines by offenders; Senate Bill 210, legislation that would designate the pawpaw tree as the state fruit tree of Missouri and the hellbender salamander as the official endangered species for the state of Missouri; and Senate Concurrent Resolution 14, which would authorize and directs the Office of Administration to execute and deliver a financing agreement for payment of debt service on transportation bonds issued by the Highways and Transportation Commission.
