JEFFERSON CITY — State Sen. Denny Hoskins, R-Warrensburg, discusses Missouri’s operating budget for Fiscal Year 2020, which is now on the governor’s desk; his Senate Bill 283, a measure that seeks to remove the sunset provision for the Veteran’s Survivor Grant program; and his opposition to House Bill 188, legislation that would establish the Narcotics Control Act.
