JEFFERSON CITY — State Sen. Ed Emery, R-Lamar, discusses Senate Concurrent Resolution 14, which would authorize the Office of Administration to execute and deliver a financing agreement for payment of debt service on transportation bonds issued by the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission. The resolution is currently under consideration by the Missouri Senate.
