SCS/SB 509 - This act exempts any electrical cooperative, or any electrical corporation operating under a cooperative business plan, from provisions relating to the right to practice as an architect, professional engineer, professional land surveyor, or professional landscape architect. This act is identical to a provision contained in SCS/HB 705 (2019) and is substantially similar to SCS/HB 355 (2019). JOSIE BUTLER
