SB 389 - Currently, the definition of "public entity" as used with regard to the waiver of sovereign or governmental tort immunity includes any multistate compact agency. This act modifies the definition to include all employees of such agency acting in the course and scope of their employment. This act is similar to HB 1003 (2019). KATIE O'BRIEN
