SCR 12 - This resolution recognizes the Gold Star Families Memorial Monument, which will be constructed on the College of the Ozarks campus in Point Lookout, Missouri, as the official Gold Star Families Memorial Monument of Missouri. The resolution also urges the Missouri Department of Transportation to create highway signage, which is to be paid for by the College of the Ozarks, indicating the location and direction of the Gold Star Families Memorial Monument and the Missouri Vietnam Veterans Memorial.
