SB 427 - Currently, a sheriff is required to report the issuance of a concealed carry permit to the concealed carry permit system. Under this act, a sheriff may report the issuance of a concealed carry permit to the concealed carry permit system, but making such a report shall not be required. CHARLEY MERRIWEATHER
