SB 239 - This act permits the governing body of any political subdivision to elect not be subject to the prevailing wage requirements by passing an ordinance, order, or resolution to that effect. Upon passing such an ordinance, order, or resolution, the governing body shall notify the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations. SCOTT SVAGERA
