SB 102 - This act provides that a motorcycle or motortricycle may be operated on the shoulder of a state limited access highway or interstate under certain circumstances. This act also specifies a maximum top speed for such operation. This act is identical to to HB 726 (2019) and SCS/SB 766 (2018), and similar to SB 420 (2017). ERIC VANDER WEERD
