SB 241 - Current law authorizes the state to appropriate up to $3 million to the Jackson County Convention and Sports Complex Fund, with such authorization to expire in FY 2020. This act extends the authorization until FY 2030. This act is substantially similar to a provision contained in SB 57 (2019), HB 294 (2019), HCS/HB 677 (2019), HCS/SB 152 (2019), HCS/SB 468 (2019), SS/SCS/SB 663 (2018), SB 469 (2017), HB 1061 (2017), and HB 2805 (2016).
