SB 24 - This act requires any sheriff or jailer in St. Louis City, St. Louis County, or Kansas City be given certain information and records on the physical and mental health of anyone being transferred to their jail. This information must be provided before or at the time of delivery of any person to such a jail. If this information is not provided for a certain individual, then a sheriff or jailer in St. Louis City, St. Louis County, or Kansas City can refuse to accept such that person. CHARLEY MERRIWEATHER
