HB 728 - For actions brought under the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution or under certain provisions of the Missouri Constitution relating to religious freedom and the separation of church and state, the prosecution of such action shall be in the name of the real party in interest, unless such party is a minor.
