HB 715 - Under current law, the Veteran's Survivor Grant program will sunset in August 2020. This act exempts the program, which provides higher education financial aid to qualifying military members, from the sunset provision. This act is identical to SB 283 (2019), SS/SB 306 (2019), and is similar to SCS/SB 855 (2016), SCS/SB 968 (2016), CCS/HCS/SB 997 (2016), and HB 2657 (2016). JOSIE BUTLER
