HB 280 - This act modifies the model traffic ordinances to specify that vehicles shall stop before railroad crossings for "other on-track equipment" in addition to the existing model requirement to stop for trains. This act is identical to HB 2181 (2018), HB 397 (2017), and SB 483 (2017).
