HB 656 - This act repeals a class four election offense prohibiting voters from allowing another person to see his or her ballot with the intent of letting it be known how he or she is, or has, voted. The act additionally creates the class one election offense of coercing, intimidating, or pressuring a voter to vote in a certain manner and attempting to verify the result of such acts by obtaining photographic evidence.

This act is identical to provisions in HCB 10 (2019).
