HB 681 - Currently, the fee imposed on the sale of new tires within the state expires on January 1, 2020. This act extends the expiration date to December 31, 2025. This act is identical to SB 211 (2019) and to a provision in the truly agreed HCS/SB 134 (2019). JAMIE ANDREWS
