HB 1127 Creates a definition for Missouri bourbon whiskey

HCS/HB 1127 - This act provides in order for a product to qualify as "Missouri Bourbon" or "Missouri Bourbon Whiskey" the product needs satisfy certain requirements. Specifically, the product shall be mashed, fermented, distilled, aged, and bottled in Missouri, as well as aged in oak barrels that were manufactured in Missouri. Also, beginning January 1, 2020, to qualify as "Missouri Bourbon" or "Missouri Bourbon Whiskey" all corn used in the mash must be grown in Missouri.

This act is similar to HB 2067 (2018).
