SB 384 - Under current law, persons seeking to vote in an election shall be registered no later than 5 p.m. on the fourth Wednesday prior to such election. This act extends that deadline to 5 p.m. on the second Tuesday prior to the election.

Furthermore, such persons who are additionally qualified to vote an absentee ballot may register and vote an absentee ballot in person at the election authority until 5:00 p.m. on the day before the election.
