JEFFERSON CITY — Missouri senators believe they will discuss the Fiscal Year 2019 state operating budget this week. Once this is complete, those items that differ from the Missouri House of Representatives’ version would have to be ironed out in a conference committee. The 2019 fiscal year plan is due to the executive branch by 6 p.m. on Friday, May 11.
