JEFFERSON CITY — State Sen. Rob Schaaf, R-St. Joseph, delivered a speech on the floor of the Missouri Senate regarding the allegations against the governor. During his speech, he called on the president of the United States to intervene in the matter and discussed a letter he planned on sending to the president regarding the allegations.
